The location was great, with parking and an easy walk to the lift. The sauna was amazing, and the service was accommodating. They even dropped us at the bus station. But breakfast was quite poor, the shower in our room barely worked, and in all the 6 days we were there nobody emptied our bin. We had to ask for toilet paper every time we ran out. They only took cash, so I had to go out and carry quite a large sum of money.

The owner was extremely hospitable and friendly. It's a decent budget hotel in a very convenient spot, just a couple of minutes' walk from the gondola lift, with lots of grocery stores and cafes close by.

There was no hot water or internet for all 3 nights, and the heating barely worked, so it was very cold. The water pressure was terribly weak. After a small need, only about 100 ml came out, which did nothing, so I had to wait and turn the water on several times. Breakfast was poor, cheap and had little choice. My friend and I don't eat meat, so we asked for a different breakfast. The owner, I assume he was the person who served us, was kind and helpful and made us eggs for the next day. But apart from those eggs, 2 slices of bread, coffee and tea, there was nothing else. Someone else wouldn't have been full. Parking was a problem too. There wasn't a proper parking space, just cars lined up beside and in front of each other. After I parked, other guests squeezed me in. When I was ready to leave, two cars blocked me and I had to wait for them to move. For what you get, 64 BGN seemed quite expensive. It wasn't worth the money and I don't recommend it. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is that the owner really did try to please us and let us stay later.
