The stay was pleasant and I thought it was good value. Breakfast was nice, the room was clean and adequate, and the woman at reception was pleasant too. A proper chair in the room would have helped. I also would have liked the booking system or description to make it clearer that rooms only "may have" balconies. I remember filtering for rooms with balconies, though I’m not saying that was the hotel’s fault. At checkout I was charged 8 euros for a lost key card, which annoyed me since I imagine it costs no more than 20 cents. I took the charge out of the tip I’d left in the room ;). I’d reconnect. Thanks.

The staff at reception and in the breakfast area were kind and friendly, and the location is a real plus, with the Gondola only 350 meters away. The room was a little small, but the lovely view and balcony made up for it. It’s good value for money. The spa could use some improvement because the water smelled strongly of chlorine.

The massage was really good, and the sauna felt like a blessing after a full day of skiing. They changed the towels every day, and breakfast was good value. We had everything we wanted.

The bedrooms and service were low quality. Instead of making you feel welcome as a guest, it felt like they were trying to get as much money out of your wallet as possible. The breakfast seemed at least a few days old.

Everything was there for a pleasant stay, and the room was both comfortable and clean. A great choice for the price.
