The view is breathtaking, and the staff are wonderful. Everything about the place has such a great feel to it. The service was top notch, and I loved it all.

We never came back after this awful experience. The restaurant service was arrogant, and both the food and service were bad. They claim the hotel is 4*, but even 2* feels too generous. Stock was missing everywhere, and the shop, fitness facilities, and activities were all closed. You couldn't order a drink after 10 pm, even though they were supposed to stay open until 11 pm. Don't waste your money.

We spent four days there and had a really good time. What stood out most was the staff, who were the friendliest, most helpful and pleasant hotel team I've ever come across. The facilities were great, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The mineral water pools also helped my sore back a lot. I'd definitely stay at Ismena SPA hotel again.

A clean, quiet and cosy hotel, with a great spa and excellent service. The 4 stars are well earned.
