The location is the one good thing here. The room didn't match the photos and was old and poorly maintained, with what looked like at least five years without repainting. One hob didn't work, the sofa bed was broken on one side, and the shower floor was slightly cracked. The boiler was so small that after one of us showered, there was no hot water left for the other three. Doors also needed a very hard pull to close properly. We came back from skiing one day to find the apartment door open. The cleaner had taken out the rubbish but hadn't closed it properly, even though it was locked. Luckily, nothing was stolen, but that's completely unacceptable. Staff were worse than the hotel. The receptionist spoke very poor English and only Ukrainian and Bulgarian, and her answer to questions was always that she didn't know. We asked for an extra towel on the first day and were told someone would bring it, but nobody came. Same thing happened the next day. We only got it after asking a third time and speaking to an older man. We reported the broken hob too, and nobody came to check it. Service at the café was shockingly disrespectful. I sat down and no waiter came. After 20 minutes I ordered a drink at the bar, but the waiter left it on the counter and told me to take it myself. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the photos are clearly outdated. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The dining area felt cramped and oppressive, and there wasn't much to choose from. The food tasted awful, sometimes seemed unhygienic, and I found two flies and sometimes hair in it. Even the supposedly clean plates had food bits and greasy marks. The chefs weren't wearing bonnets or enough protective clothing. I felt guilty eating there. Our room was tiny, with barely enough room to move even in the bathroom. The walls were so thin we could hear every noise. The bed and pillows smelled like someone else, and there were visible stains on the sheet. Air circulation wasn't enough even for two people. We also had no slippers, water, mini fridge, or shampoo. Apparently some rooms have a fridge. The receptionist wasn't welcoming, seemed not to know English well, and didn't help with a problem we had. The hotel felt really awful and poorly run.

The rooms were warm and fine, and the shower was decent. It’s a great spot, about a 5-10 minute walk from the gondola and bars. This place is absolutely fine, though it isn't a 5-star hotel, and you're not paying 5-star prices.

The room was decent and clean, and breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from. The waitresses were lovely. I’ve just arrived, and my first impression is that the hotel hasn’t quite met my expectations. The reception is small, dark, and busy, though the staff were friendly. The room and hotel overall could use renovation. There’s no minibar or safe in the room, and the Wi-Fi signal is very weak.

The pool was small and cold, and on a few days it was dirty. One sauna was out of order for our whole stay, and the steam room also wasn't working on one of the days. The food was repetitive, with little choice and nothing special. Our room wasn't clean at check-in. The blankets and sheets were stained, the bathroom door was broken, and cold air came in around the closed terrace door and window. They switched off the heating during the day, so after coming back from a walk, the room was cold and wouldn't warm up. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.
