We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose a MPM hotel again. The location is close to the gondola, with easy access to and from the slopes through the boot room, and it’s a pleasant walk into town and the shops. The staff were welcoming from arrival, carrying our luggage and checking that we had what we needed. Alex was especially friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well equipped with toiletries and a bar.

We visited in January 2026, seven of us spread across three rooms. The rooms were roomy and comfortable, with space for all our luggage and a view of the slope. The AC was set very high, but once we adjusted it the temperature was pleasant. Staff were welcoming and the service was great. Dinner was delicious and felt like a high-class restaurant, even for me as a vegetarian. Breakfast was good too. The spa has an outdoor Jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas, hot and cold small pools, and a larger pool that unfortunately was cold. We also had an amazing, relaxing massage. There are two ski rental shops next to the hotel, and the main town road with bars and restaurants is 100-200 meters away. The location is great for skiing down to the gondola, but the weekend line was so long we took a taxi to the top instead. It cost 10€ per person; most taxis can fit 8-9 people, and the ride takes about 20 minutes, similar to the gondola ride to the top. We had a great stay and recommend it.

For my first ski trip, being able to ski in and out made everything so handy. I honestly had an amazing stay. The spa is gorgeous, easy to get to, and always clean. The cleaners were fantastic, folding our clothes and keeping the room lovely. Alex at the front of house was really friendly, and we got loads of free goodies during our stay. Great location and service, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

We came back to the Sport Hotel for a second year, this time for a short ski trip with friends. It’s clean and comfortable, with attentive staff, good pool and spa facilities, and ski rental on site. The four-course dinner was good value.

It’s my first time in Bulgaria, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. The food has a strong Bulgarian influence, which I liked because I always want to try local produce and cuisine when I travel. It was delicious, and the staff and service at the MPM sport hotel were especially good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Aleks deserves a mention for being so approachable and explaining the facilities and how to make the most of the place in perfect English.
