I liked the place enough to buy an apartment there. I looked at many, and this was the only one I found without damp that wasn’t a long way from the ski gondola. It’s very quiet, yet only a 2-3 minute walk to the piste. The apartments are privately owned, though some are rented through management companies. A few bad reviews seem to come from companies that misrepresent the facilities or are no help to guests. If your booking says to contact Alexander at BTS or John at BASS, you’ll be fine. They know the building well and will do what they can to help :)

There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby, and it’s only about a two minute walk to the slopes. The building felt secure and was well kept. Great location.

The pool stayed closed all summer. The apartments are old, not maintained very well, and have tiny bedrooms.

The food isn’t the hotel’s strongest point, though it wasn’t bad. Our room was on the first floor, which meant it was warm, and we were lucky with it. Upstairs on the second floor there’s a pool, a small steam room, and a bar where you can sit, chat, and have a drink. The ski lift is just a couple of minutes away on foot. I liked the hotel and gave it five stars because it was what you’d expect, neither better nor worse.
