The pool, spa, and saunas were great, and having ski rental on-site plus transport to the gondola made things easy. The staff were courteous, professional, and clearly attentive to guests. Although the gondola wasn’t running that day, they arranged a refund. We also left a day early and skipped dinner, and they refunded that too. We really appreciated how fair and understanding they were. Everything worked out wonderfully, and we’d highly recommend the hotel.

We’re back from another ski trip in Bansko and once again stayed at Hotel Pirin. Katarina and the staff make you feel at home, and the service is personal and excellent. They’re ready to help with all the little things. Thanks so much, Katarina. We’d gladly come back on our next Bansko holiday.

The kids even received a lovely gift at the end of our stay, a really touching detail. The staff were generous with help and useful information, and the place was spotless and very comfortable. I’ve travelled plenty, and this hotel still stood out for all its thoughtful touches. Everything we needed was there, and the price was very reasonable. Thanks for a stay we won’t forget.

We spent four days skiing here with our children, aged 7 and 6, and had an incredible time. The rooms were warm, clean, and had everything we needed. They also had the ski rentals, transfers, VIP ski pass, heated pool, spa, sauna, and a great bar. Honestly, the margaritas were the best in all Balkans. Everyone put in so much effort to make our holiday great. I can’t think how it could be better, and I’ll definitely visit again.

The spa was lovely for a relaxing afternoon, with a sauna, steam room, and warm pool. We also really enjoyed the food and drinks, and everyone on staff was kind and helpful. The whole place had a comfortable, homey feel, and the stay was even better than we expected. That doesn’t happen often. We had a wonderful time at the Pirin ski and spa hotel.
