Breakfast was basic and repetitive, and they didn't provide towels for everyone at the pool. Our rooms were small, dusty, and furnished with old furniture, with nowhere to dry wet clothes. We went four nights without bed sheets. The shuttle never arrived, even though we waited 45 minutes. They charged us 6€ for two small bottles of water without showing a price list. I raised my concerns at reception, but they didn't care. I can't recommend this place.

The food was good, and the restaurant staff were amazing. Our room was clean, though a bit small, but the shower cabin had mold. The sauna was hotter than any I've experienced before. I left a gold necklace in the room and tried calling the property to reach the receptionist, but the listed phone number couldn't be reached. I had no luck getting through.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, fresh, and well prepared. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive without staff hovering. The hotel has two elevators, and both worked, which made getting around easy. New owners took over just a few weeks ago, and it shows in a good way. Things ran smoothly, the place felt cared for, and the team was hands-on. It's a calm, well-managed hotel with good food, dependable facilities, and people who want guests to feel welcome. Highly recommended, and we'd definitely return.

We couldn't get dinner unless we were part of a big group, though breakfast was available. There was no soap, shampoo, or even flip-flops for the pool. For the last two days, the elevator was completely out, so we had to take the stairs up to the 4th floor. The staff weren't helpful, and the hotel was far from everything. Pick somewhere else.
