The food, rooms, and staff all made a great impression on us. We’re from Sofia and only stopped in Shumen for one night, but this hotel was a very good choice. It’s in a quiet spot near the city center, and I’d gladly recommend it to anyone travelling to Shumen.

The staff are so welcoming, and the food is really tasty. The rooms are clean too. It’s been kept in great shape over the years, and coming here is always a pleasure 🥂

We came back after eight years and found the place still looking just as good as when we left. The spacious apartments have an oriental Boho feel, and the staff are friendly and speak good English. The value for money is excellent, even with the pool closed because of the pandemic.

I’ve stayed here twice and had a nice experience both times. It’s peaceful and away from the rush. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good enough. If you’re driving, parking isn’t a problem.

A relaxing atmosphere, music, and a beautiful view make this a lovely place to spend time. There’s a nice garden and pool, plus delicious gourmet food in the high-end indoor and outdoor restaurants. The owners are very friendly, and the location in Shumen is perfect. Highly recommend!
