The pool was clean and really nice, and the staff were very friendly. We only came to swim.

The pool is lovely, and the food was good. It gets busy on weekends.

The cats sit on the tables while people are eating, even though a huge sign by the pool says, "ANIMALS ARE PROHIBITED ON THE TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL AND BUNGALOWS." Miserable conditions everywhere. The staff are mean, there are no cash receipts or prices in euros, and there’s no POS terminal. I had bills of 70/80lv. and 10 stotinki for two people, but because I didn’t have a whole 10 stotinki, the woman refused to take them. She didn’t like the yellow stotinki, and I had no way to pay the full amount. Good evening to everyone thinking of staying here. That’s the only good thing I can write. All institutions will be notified!

Years ago, this was a wonderful place, with great food, lots of shade, and lovely people. It’s different now. When the kids wanted to use the pool at 4pm, I had to pay 32lv for one hour for two adults and two children aged 4 and 5. The staff were unfriendly, and the water was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. Maybe in another life.
