Millennia Hotel

The location was the only decent part. Everything else about this hotel felt strange and disappointing. At check-in, the receptionist was eating outside. When she noticed me, she was rude. I even said she could finish her meal, but she stopped and still treated me badly. She assigned the wrong room, then blamed me. Earlier, she'd put a number on my bags while they were in storage, as if handling them wasn't part of her job. They only provide one roll of toilet paper. When I asked for more, the staff made a fuss and openly showed their annoyance. The room wasn't properly cleaned either: they took my rubbish, but didn't replace my towel or replenish anything, even basic items like caps. I only got more toilet paper after specifically asking the cleaner. On day two, I came back around 3 PM and found a cleaner in my room who didn't speak English. Another cleaner had to knock and ask how much longer she would take. The room still wasn't cleaned, and I honestly don't know what had been done in all that time. It smelled of mold, and the Wi-Fi was very weak. Such a weird experience.
