Polaris Inn

The food was really tasty, and our room was perfect. It’s a beautiful, cosy hotel near the cabin lift. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The worst part was the staff’s behavior, but the room and food were awful too. I stayed six nights, and trash bags were left on the balcony. We got just one towel and had to pay for extras. The sheets were never changed, the room wasn’t cleaned, and they kept forgetting toilet paper. My pillow looked cheap and misshapen, and smelled unpleasant. I dropped a T-shirt on the floor by accident; when I picked it up, it was covered in dust. There were spider webs everywhere. The food was so bad that I had to go out and buy something every day. The dining room chairs were very old, like the lobby sofas. One receptionist mostly watched TV, which I thought was for guests, and switched off the internet whenever he wanted. He yelled at us to go to our rooms so he could watch TV in peace. Another man indirectly called a boy fat just because he went back for more food. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pool and sauna were great, and the food was very good. Hotel Polaris In has new, clean rooms and really good staff. I’d recommend staying here in Bansko.

Parking was convenient, and the restaurant felt fancy. The rooms were warm and clean, the staff polite, and the location excellent.
