The price was good, but there was a bad smell in the toilet.

The rooms were okay, but the service and manager were another matter. We stayed just one night, and the service was really bad, especially when I called about the TV. When we arrived, the staff acted very unprofessionally, lying on the bed almost without clothes. I also booked in person, but was quoted a higher price than the one I saw on Booking.
