Ski & Relax Apartments in Bellevue Residence

The room had a cozy feel, with wooden furniture, and stayed lovely and warm even with -5 outside. It faced the street but was completely quiet. Bellevue is right in the heart of Bansko, close to restaurants, supermarkets, AMIGO pub, and the gondola, all just a couple of minutes away. I left the car parked by the front door for my whole stay, and it didn't cost anything. Everything was walkable. The staff gave me useful local information and suggested a place to rent snow gear, and I might stay here again if I return to Bansko. I arrived late in Sofia, then drove to Bansko on a Friday and got in late. The security man had to work around the communication difficulty, and he didn't speak English, but he still made sure I had a room, even after my booking was cancelled. That was very kind of him.

The service is what stayed with me, everyone was friendly and attentive, and I felt welcome right away. The rooms were clean and cozy, the atmosphere was great, and the location was amazing. The gondola is close by, with groceries, shops, and restaurants just steps away. I'll definitely come back.

You can leave your skis here, and there's a spa for 5€. The staff are friendly and really helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are large, nicely equipped, and a great price for the night. There's a little kitchen with basic dishes, glasses, and cutlery, along with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There's also a TV with lots of channels, plus plenty of cupboards and shelves. The hotel and rooms are clean, the toilets are clean too, and the linen gets changed regularly. A well-stocked grocery store that's open every day is just steps away. The gondola and city promenade are both about five minutes on foot, which is handy when the gondola parking lot gets crowded. You can also reach the hotel by the bypass road, which is faster. There's free parking across the street and a parking lot around the hotel as well. It's quiet, the lobby is pleasant to sit in, and the sunny courtyard is nice too. The staff are pleasant and don't show up much, but they get the job done. My rating is 5.
