View Apartments

Our one-bedroom apartment was huge, and I really liked the kitchen area. It was fully stocked and even had a washer, though we didn't use it. The grounds were kept clean, and I often popped into the mini market across the street.

We had a great ground-floor studio with lots of space, it was clean, and the sea view was beautiful. The pool was lovely, and the whole place felt very relaxed. They were flexible with check-in too. The WiFi didn't work, the TV was quite dated, and a few more cooking basics would have been useful. Still, it was fantastic value, and I'd highly recommend it.

We've been returning customers for two years, and after vacationing in Sozopol six years in a row, I'd say this is one of the top places there. Both years they put us in the same apartment, which had a washer that mattered to us. The property is kept clean and well maintained. Most likely we'll try to book with them again when we come back next year.

The pool was good, maybe the only thing in the ad that matched our stay, but this place was totally not worth the price. We left a day early. On arrival, a lady showed us around the buildings and said she wasn't allowed to walk through the pool area. That's fine, but we're guests, and the service areas didn't seem like an appropriate route for introducing us to the place. The next day we saw another employee take guests through the pool area, which was the quickest way. The room didn't match the online ad. It was in the basement, although the ad said the first floor. It had three small windows beneath a walkway, where passersby could look inside, and a so-called balcony that was just a glass door onto the walkway. We had to keep the curtains closed for privacy, so the basement felt like a dark dungeon. The sheets were stained and dirty, and both the room and linens smelled of mold. There was no phone coverage indoors, and the WiFi was unusable. The toaster was rusty. The shower only had two settings, burning hot or freezing cold, and I couldn't get a comfortable temperature. Every time we flushed, it sounded like someone drilling through the wall. The wall was crumbling, arguably because of the mold. When I explained some of the problems after they asked why we were leaving early, they tried to justify giving us that room because it was cheaper. That explanation didn't make much sense to me. They didn't offer a refund, only to move us to a higher floor, which we declined because we saw no point. I attached some pictures.
