Mr. Markholev deserves the stars here. The apartment was wonderful, with a huge, comfortable bedroom and a spacious living room and kitchenette equipped with the essentials. The location couldn’t be better. The welcome, care, communication, and attitude were all more than 100%! And the lovely extra for our beach stay went beyond what we expected. My husband and I have found a new favorite place, thank you! :-) P.S. Any comments I have are only cosmetic, so they don’t belong here. :-)

The location is excellent, just two minutes from the beach and five from the shopping street. The rest was a letdown: the bedroom mattresses were old and uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was torture for the body. The air conditioning was unacceptably dirty. This was apartment 30.

A perfect apartment right on the first line by Harmani beach Sozopol. The villa has a pool and parking, and the restaurants and bars are five minutes away.

The balcony view was great, and the pool water was clean and pleasant. We stayed for 10 nights, though the room needed more attention. The shower frame and one corner had mold, and the air conditioning seemed like it might need replacing, though I’m not sure it could be cleaned. My friend in the next room had working air conditioning. The kitchen setup was limited too: a pasta strainer and sharper knives would help, and the knife block was in terrible condition. The lady and her parents were lovely, and the location is excellent. I’d recommend it to people who aren’t too demanding.

Everything was TOP! We stayed at “Andreevi Apartments” in the villa, rented from a private host, and they were super kind.
