We were 13 colleagues spending time together in Bulgaria, and our stay at St George Ski & Holiday Hotel left us with lots of good memories. It was clean and comfortable, and the food was amazing. We visited over a holiday weekend, so it was busy, with lots of children around the pool, but that didn't spoil things for us. The staff were kind and welcoming throughout. A special thank you to reception and the hotel manager: everyone was polite, easy to talk to, and seemed to care that we were enjoying ourselves. That personal touch made a strong impression. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

We've stayed here three times already, and every visit has felt just as special. It really feels like a second home, and we've made lovely memories each time. The rooms are spacious, spotless and comfortable, a great place to rest after skiing. Meals were varied, delicious and clearly prepared with care. The ski bus made getting to the slopes easy, and the ski centre had brand-new rental equipment and handy storage for personal gear. After a day on the mountain, the spa was a treat, with a pool, jacuzzi, saunas, massage services and a relaxation room. Many thanks to the SOLVEX travel agency and Julia Georgieva for organizing everything so professionally. We can't wait to return, highly recommend!

The mountain views were breathtaking, and the whole place felt so relaxing. The rooms were beautiful, the spa was amazing, and breakfast and dinner had lots of delicious choices. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organized, and the staff were outstanding. One of our best hotel stays. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommended, 10/10.

A great family hotel when you're juggling skiing with an older child and spa time with a younger one. The restaurant food was high quality and really good, and the service was just as good. Faxullo from Uzbekistan took great care of our family at lunch and dinner.

The accommodation was clean and extremely spacious, and it's close to the gondola. The food was very good, with different dishes each evening. It's great value and a great place overall. The pool is a little small compared with the big spa hotels in Banya, but those cost two or three times as much, so it's not bad at all.
