I gave one star because the hotel staff do nothing about kids aged 3 to 10 in the gym. Their parents let them jump on and play with the equipment, shift the weights people are using, and scream as if it were a playground. That’s a long way from the relaxing visit I wanted.

The service was really poor. For two days, including New Year’s Eve, we had no water, hot or cold, and the complex administration did nothing to fix it. My room also never got cleaned, even though cleaning was meant to be provided. I paid about 400 euros for four nights in those conditions.

The setting is lovely, and the place itself is good. It’s in a pretty quiet location.

We own an apartment here, and it’s a peaceful place.
