The rooms were clean and luxurious, and the staff were friendly. It’s a little far from the ski lifts, though it’s very close to the bus station.

The homemade breakfasts were delicious, and the coffee was excellent! The hotel owner was lovely, and everyone on staff did what they could to make us feel at home. Special thanks to Dinko. They took care of every request we made. We loved our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again if we return to Bansko.
