The rooms were good and the staff were polite and behaved well. I gave four stars because there was no complimentary bottled water and the hotel doesn't serve lunch or dinner. If you ask, the staff will order food for you from a local restaurant.

The family room had plenty of space, with a double bed in its own room and two single beds in the main area, plus a sofa, chairs and a TV with 40 satellite channels. There was also a little kitchen with an electric stove and sink, though no plates or cooking gear, and a fridge with a minibar. The hotel is quiet despite sitting between two busy roads, and the rooms were clean. To reach the lobby, go up one flight of stairs or take the elevator by the rear entrance. Breakfast is free in the small restaurant, with fruit and vegetables, eggs, sausages, bread, cheese, three juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There's a fitness center upstairs. Buses 26 and 66 run toward the city center, at 1 leva per person for any distance, while a taxi around the center costs 5-10 leva.

The room and bathroom were spacious and really clean. The receptionist was very friendly, and there's a large parking area you can use for free. Breakfast was awful on the first day, just a slice of bread with chicken salami and cheese, with no choice. The next morning was better, with a choice of simple but delicious food.

Good value for the money. The studio was big and had a classic feel, parking was free, and the staff were friendly.
