Hotel Tanne

We were there in low season, and even on the days when we were the only guests, all the facilities were available to us, including the heated pools and different saunas. The staff were kind, friendly, and always there when needed. Our apartment suite was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had gorgeous views. Breakfast was freshly prepared. It’s a short walk to the center. We had an amazing time at Hotel Tanne and would gladly return.

The kids loved the spa and swimming pool, and the room was spacious, warm, and very comfortable. Hotel Tane in Bansko is perfectly located, only a 6-7 minute walk from the gondola. I had to change my booking for personal reasons, and the staff came up with several helpful options. The receptionist even cleared snow off my car, such a kind gesture. I’d definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the view from our room’s balcony, and breakfast had plenty of variety. The facilities were good and the staff friendly. The accommodation was good, though you have to walk a bit to get to the gondola.

We arrived to find a dirty room. The receptionist ended up cleaning it himself, but he still didn’t do a proper job. The elevator was out of order, so we had to use the stairs every day. The hotel doesn’t deserve four stars, barely three. Internet was practically nonexistent and kept dropping, making it impossible to work. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30 AM, while the gondola opens between 8 and 8:30 AM. That leaves no time to get in line, so we arrived late and waited an hour to board.
