The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was delicious. With friendly staff and an incredible spot by the beach, Hotel Vega is a relaxing, convenient choice for beach lovers. A wonderful coastal getaway.

The balcony faced west, looking onto the hotel’s quiet green garden and the nearby park. The new building is close to the beach but far enough from Kranevo’s noisy, crowded main street. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I arrived before check-in time, but the hotelier gave me my room key anyway. The room and bathroom were spacious enough and very clean. It had everything I needed: A/C, a fridge, flat TV, two separate long, comfortable beds with new mattresses, a wardrobe, a desk, and a luggage shelf. Breakfast and dinner were included, with a surprisingly wide choice of tasty dishes. If possible, I’d like to see fewer products containing palm oil.

Worst hotel ever. The food was bad, and the restaurant didn’t have enough tables. I specifically asked reception several times for a 'do not disturb' sign, but never got one. Housekeeping walked into my room without knocking while I was asleep or in the bathroom. I felt really uncomfortable, and there was no guest support at all.

Terrible restaurant and service, with completely inadequate staff.
