They put us on the fourth floor with two small babies and my pregnant wife, and there was no elevator. Everything else was average. I wouldn’t go back.

I came here for an Erasmus project and had an amazing time! The food was really delicious, and the kind staff were always there to help us with anything. The rooms were really good too, and the location was amazing 🌞

For the price, this is top. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are clean.

The free shuttle to the ski lift is handy, though you can walk there too. It’s a cheap, easy hotel in Bansko. No frills, and breakfast is questionable, but with our room costing less than a tenner per person, it’s hard to complain.

We were there for three nights, two adults and two kids, and were generally happy. The staff were kind and responded quickly whenever we asked for something. Our room was clean and warm, actually hot enough that I had to turn the heating down. The spa was a little small, and the pool water could have been warmer.
