Breakfast was great, and I enjoyed a few drinks at the hotel bar in the evenings. The place was kept clean and tidy, and the staff were happy to help with anything I needed. I’d heard good things from friends who’d stayed before, and now I understand why they went back. Christian the Manager was interesting to talk to and very helpful. I’m planning to return to Bansko next year and will stay here again.

I loved the spa and how close the Coliving is to both the centre and the gondola. Phil & Cristian make new arrivals feel welcome and bring people together with things like family dinners and ski trips. Had a great time, thanks!

From the outside, the place didn’t look very promising, but once we went in, we found a great hotel. It’s well located, the SPA is easy to get to, and above all the crew were lovely. They did everything they could to make our vacation as good and memorable as possible.
