Golden Sands Rentals Apartments

The host was really kind and helpful, and the place was clean. It’s in a great spot near the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets, with a washing machine and hair dryer too. An extendable couch and microwave would be useful, but I still give it five stars.

The rooms are large and the location by the sea is very good, with shops and restaurants nearby. But the building needs renovation, including the hallways. The entrance to block F smelled of mold, and rubbish was left around for days; it looked as though nobody cleaned the halls. Cleaning in the apartment was a delicate issue too: we had to clean and disinfect almost everything. During our five nights, nobody came to take the rubbish or replace the towels. There was even a big sign by the sink asking us to wash the dishes before leaving 😄. With better upkeep and cleaning, this could be a really comfortable stay.

The little wall safe by the door was a clever touch: I collected the keys using a passcode sent on the day we arrived. The building on the second line also wasn’t far from the beach, about a 10-minute walk down the main street and through the bazaar. We spent a week in a peaceful property with lovely views, even toward the garden. The first-line building has direct access to the boardwalk and is near shops, pharmacies, and restaurants. The room had all the basic cooking appliances and utensils, plus spare pillowcases, towels, and sheets, so no cleaning ladies had to bother me during the day. Heh. 🙌

The apartment was great and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and the beach is right across the way. I’d recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
