Breakfast was yummy, and the coffee was great. Upstairs there’s a big bar and lounge with a round, enclosed fireplace, a lovely spot for a drink in the evening. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are friendly, polite, and professional. The place blends a traditional mountain-house look and Bulgarian ethno details with modern amenities. There’s a lift in the three-storey building, plus a room opposite reception for ski and snowboard gear. It works well for families, friends, or several families together. I’d happily visit again any time of year.

The rooms are really large and clean, and the location is great. Staff were very friendly, and both breakfast and dinner were lovely, with great wines. The service, spa, and food were excellent. Highly recommend for a great holiday.
