The address listed is wrong. Set your maps to ul. "Saint L. Kostov" 15, 2770 neighborhood. Old Town, Bansko, Bulgaria. So far it seems like a perfectly solid place to stay. I’ll update after a longer stay, but wanted to let other travelers know about the address change.

The owners were very kind and welcoming, and everything was extremely clean and well furnished. The villa has four double rooms. Our group had ten people, so the owners also offered us a room in the other building where they live. Beside the villa there’s a tavern big enough for ten, with a fireplace and a kitchen that has a coffee machine. I recommend it wholeheartedly!
