The Wi-Fi barely works outside reception, despite what they say about it. Hot water was also a problem: we were told it would be fixed, but after waiting five hours we still couldn’t get a hot shower. That’s why I’ve rated the stay so low.

We’re Marmara Travel guides and come here every season. Our guests are very satisfied. With a free shuttle and buffet breakfast and dinner, it’s a good option for families.

The carpet was filthy, the sofa looked awful, the curtains were torn, and the shower was broken. The rooms were very dirty, too. When we said this didn’t feel like a four-star hotel, the manager replied that it was just our opinion and was very rude. They clearly don’t understand cleanliness or hygiene.

We had to keep pushing before they finally produced towels after four days. The staff acted as if the shortage had nothing to do with them, with a blasé, ironic tone. That’s the opposite of hospitality.

The staff were nice and the rest was okay, but the indoor pool was really cold. I told a staff member and he said it was 28 degrees, but it didn’t feel that way. Other people were complaining about the temperature too.
