Family Hotel Arkan Han

The management made our stay uncomfortable from start to finish. We booked four apartments, and manager Hristo and his wife treated us rudely. Hristo spoke in a condescending, almost aggressive way, as though we owed him something. He even said, “When you speak to me, look me in the eyes.” It felt disrespectful and unprofessional. That was especially painful because I had my wedding at this hotel nine years ago and used to remember it fondly. I regret choosing it then. The management has become so poor that we'll never return, even though we love the location. Arkan Han itself is beautiful, built in a traditional Bulgarian style, and the setting in Trigrad is magical. We were excited to come back with friends. The location is stunning, which makes the way we were treated all the more disappointing.

Nature all around made for a peaceful stay, and the accommodations were spotless. The staff were so friendly and attentive that I felt right at home. It's a lovely family hotel, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a personal touch.

The food was delicious and typical of the region, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful time at Arkan Han last weekend. The hotel felt cozy, with a traditional style and a modern touch, and the view across the Rodopi mountains was beautiful. Can't wait to go back!

The rooms are clean and well kept, and the hosts are polite and welcoming. We really enjoyed the restaurant food. I recommend visiting this beautiful place.
