The location is easy to get to, though the noise is hard to ignore, and the staff usually respond promptly. My room had an unpleasant smell, and the balcony light stayed on all night with no switch. I had to block it with the curtains, which also kept out the natural morning light. That setup really puts me off the hotel.

It really isn't worth the price. The beds were so uncomfortable I felt I needed a massage after just one night, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable or completely unavailable. The rooms need a proper renovation: the shower flooded the floor, the windows were dirty, and the wooden balcony railing was falling apart. The carpet looks like it may be original.

The thermal pool was fantastic, and room service was good. The hotel itself felt quite old, and our room was dark and noisy because it was close to both the main road and the pool, so choose carefully. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant was awful. I waited 15 minutes for a waitress so I could order food, and when I finally got her attention, she signaled no. I left.

We had a lovely time celebrating a birthday here. The food and live music were enjoyable, and the staff were friendly. The underground parking could use some improvement, especially better lighting.

We had a billing mix-up because our Rezzo booking should have included a 30% discount, but it wasn't on the bill at first. The staff fixed it with very little trouble. It was our first visit, and both the food and service were fantastic. It's a great restaurant, and we'll be back.
