The food was really good, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. I found the room comfortable, too. The sauna was amazing, especially with the cold plunge pool nearby, and the outdoor pool was lovely and hot. Beautiful place, great amenities, and fantastic value. I can't recommend it enough.

A lovely, comfortable family-run hotel, and amazing value. The staff were kind and very helpful. You can unwind in the sauna, steam room, or cold plunge, then enjoy the indoor pool, outdoor pool, or outdoor hot tub. They're all heated by thermal springs. The food was great, too. Highly recommend!

The restaurant was a real highlight. We tried the lunch menu several times and had dinner there too. The food was very good, the menu was large, and it offered both traditional Bulgarian and Western dishes. Breakfast was a buffet with Bulgarian and European options, coffee, and soft drinks, with everything we needed. We also appreciated how quiet it was in the evenings. The restaurant music was turned down around 10:30, and there were no parties. Guests included both local and foreign tourists, and the hotel also offers off-road motorcycle and buggy trips in the mountains. The hotel is comfortable and family-run, with clean, spacious rooms and welcoming staff. Its warm mineral pools, indoors and outdoors, plus the sauna and spa, make it a nice place to visit in either winter or summer. It's 5 Min away from the biggest Bulgarian ski resort. The owners and staff were great, and I have no complaints. The hotel is comfortable, the spa is nice, and the food is great. This place really has everything.

The food was really good, especially the pasta, which I recommend. The pools were great too. I couldn't get into the jacuzzi because it was locked, but you just need to ask the staff to open the room. You can also use the hotel's spa after making a reservation at the register. I left my Air pods behind, and the staff were kind enough to give them to a family member of mine. I do recommend staying here.
