The pool and outdoor area were beautiful, and the place was spotless, warm, and very well cared for. It had a peaceful feel, just right to come back to after long days exploring and skiing. What made the stay for us was the hosts. From the moment we arrived, they were kind, welcoming, and truly helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. You could tell they take real care and pride in the place. We felt completely at home. This was honestly one of the best places we've ever stayed. We left with great memories and would come back in a heartbeat. If you're thinking of booking, don't hesitate. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We booked several rooms, but some were warm and others cold. When we moved the beds, there was dust underneath. The food was good, though pricier than at similar places in the village, and the service didn't match the price. The house itself looks really good, but the overall experience wasn't as good. Miscommunication with management meant they didn't fully keep to our arrangements. If you choose to stay here, make sure you speak with at least two people from management.

The rooms felt quite overpriced, the breakfast was basic, and the way we were treated means we won't return. We did enjoy the pool and warm water, and the food was tasty. Our stay was good mostly because of the people we were with, rather than the owner's efforts.

The hosts are friendly, and the restaurant is good, though service there can be slow. Our room was a little cold in winter, as the heating wasn't enough. I'm not convinced the pool water is mineral water. Credit cards are accepted, and parking is on the street.

A cozy, clean family hotel with delicious food and a warm mineral-water pool. It's a lovely spot for a memorable weekday or weekend, close to Bansko, one of the best-known ski resorts in the Balkans.
