It was all right, more or less, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The landlady, who is Ukrainian and doesn’t speak Bulgarian, came in several times without warning. She shouted, swore, slapped one person in our group, and pushed the girls. She was aggressive, hysterical, and completely out of line. At one point she brought her baby and screamed over his head while arguing with us. It was a horrible scene, and her treatment of us was inhuman, to put it mildly. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Do not go there. The landlady is Ukrainian and doesn’t speak Bulgarian. She was extremely aggressive and completely out of control, repeatedly coming up to us, screaming, and slamming doors. She attacked people in our group and even hit one of the men in the face. It was a real nightmare. This place feels unsafe and is completely unsuitable for a relaxing stay.

I was passing through and stopped at this quiet hotel in a deserted town. It was a suitable place to stay, and I was pleased with it. But do I think I’ll ever return in my life? Probably not. I left saying goodbye to a bed I’ll never sleep in again.
