They first called the day after we booked for December 31 and the following day to say the rate was €80, not the €59 shown when we booked. They wanted us to cancel through the booking platform and pay more when we arrived. We refused, then got another call the next day saying there was no room at all, even though our booking was still active. Booking helped us find alternatives. The owner wouldn't speak with us directly and had a kitchen staff member handle all the contact. Unbelievable way to run a business.

Great setting and a lovely view, and the rooms feel snug. The restaurant serves really tasty food at fair prices, with especially good service. What else do you need? I'd happily come back.

The food was really tasty, and the service team were warm and welcoming. Everything was good, and I'd recommend the hotel. We'll stay here again next time. I gave it five stars, though it deserves more. Thank you.

We got a good price, and the hotel is handy for the highway. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant stays open until 24:00. The staff were lovely and helpful. Big thanks to the owner, who helped us find a repair shop when our car broke down on a Saturday. The mechanic there fixed everything quickly and efficiently too. Thanks again, I'd recommend it!

The restaurant was a highlight, with tasty local and international dishes, and there's secure underground parking. Diva Hotel Blagoevgrad feels cozy and modern, with a nice atmosphere. Everything was great for a comfortable stay.
