I worked at this hotel, and it was simply awful. The kitchen was dirty, and they washed food that had been eaten from and spoiled, then used it again. The owner keeps changing workers because he doesn’t pay them. Every room has mold and a sewer smell. When it rains heavily, water drips onto your head in the rooms on the third floor. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially at those prices. You can find somewhere near the sea for that money.
Be careful at the restaurant. I ordered chicken shashlik, but the waiter brought pork and brazenly insisted it was “chicken.” They also charged a few leva more for the salads than the menu prices. Everything was greasy and tasteless.
There’s a bar and a terrace where you can sit for a few drinks. The area is quiet, but it’s right on the street and there’s no parking. Fine for a stopover.
A lovely, very clean place to relax, and the cuisine is great.
Does anyone know who owns the place now? The previous owners are in Pleven at the moment.
