The location is good, and the receptionists and other staff are OK, but parking is a nightmare much of the time. Cleaning is also a problem. There are spots under the beds that seem never to have been cleaned, as shown in the photos. It's odd and unbearable that the owner won't meet strong customer requests for a refrigerator in the rooms, especially the more expensive ones. He may be hoping to sell cold beer, water and refreshments from his bar for twice the price at the mini market next door. It seems he's focused only on profit and ignores guest comfort. This is a typical below-medium hotel in a good location. Stay away, there are plenty of much better places and hotels in town for a toxic-free night's sleep.

The room didn't have a proper shower area, but it was still good value for the price. The staff were friendly and professional, and they spoke English.

We stayed here for a couple of days with our dog and explored the sights around town. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is cozy, quiet and tidy. It feels more comfortable than many places that charge double. If you're planning to spend most of your waking hours seeing the town and nearby area, then come back to sleep and freshen up, Alpha Hotel is ideal.

There's a nice view from the balcony and a small market very close by. The hotel is normal, and they cleaned every day, even when I asked them not to, with fresh towels.

Friendly staff, tidy rooms, and it's cheap and quiet. The bathroom is so tiny I could barely sit on the toilet. The TV didn't work, and the lamp flickered like crazy. For a while the room felt haunted.
