The staff were really friendly, and my late arrival went smoothly. My bus got in after reception hours, but they sent check-in instructions that worked perfectly. I booked for the convenient bus station location. The beach and city centre aren't too far to walk either. The room was fine for one night. Breakfast was ordered from a menu rather than a buffet. I had an omelet, coffee and ayran, and it was fine. The downside was the heat: I couldn't figure out how to work the aircon, and it was quite hot in the room at night at the end of August. I was also bitten by something while I slept. I'm not sure, but I think there might have been mosquitoes in the room.

For the price, the rooms are great, even if they're a bit dated. The hotel itself is nice, in a great location, and the staff are professional and helpful.

We were there for just a couple of nights, and the staff were very friendly. It was easy to reach the beach and lots of restaurants from the hotel, which we liked. The street noise was a problem, though. Our room was quite dark and could use a higher-standard renovation, and breakfast was pretty small.

The price per night wouldn't be what it is if this were the most luxurious or chic hotel, and that's fine for one, two or three nights. What matters to me is that the service was kind, welcoming and at the right level. The location was great and everything was clean. The staff's service was awesome, and people's names are extremely important to me. That's how I rate the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are on the compact side, but breakfast was tasty and the hotel has a good connection to Burgas airport on line 15.
