The staff/owner is superb, and this family run hotel is in a great spot at the front of town. You can get a sea view or a garden view, and both are lovely. There's coffee machines in the room with pods supplied, and the Internet is very fast. It's dog friendly, and our pooch loves thos hotel. We've stayed here nearly every year for the past 4 or 5 years, and you won't want for anything.

The pool was great, and there could be good coffee, though I don't think the snack bar was open. Getting around was harder for me because I have mobility issues. There's no lift, and I had to climb 3 flights of spiral stairs. The town centre and nearest beach are quite a walk away, especially in the heat, so you probably need a car.

The area is beautiful, and the room was clean and decent. I found everything I needed there, including toiletries, toilet paper, and water. The owners were quick to respond through Booking. I was really pleased with my stay.

I was very happy with the cleaning and service, and the room had a lovely large sea-facing window, even without a balcony (21). The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to help me find the best route. Bus 15 leaves from Burgas's main bus station, costs 1.50BGN, and you pay on board. In about 30 minutes, you can get off just steps from the hotel. The stop is called Drava, the second stop in Sarafovo. The hotel restaurant wasn't open, but I had a nice sandwich for breakfast.
