Kraimorie Holiday Apartments

The family who owns this place are warm and friendly, and the rooms were clean. I loved the idyllic, cosy feel and the sea view, with the seaside close by. The garden is kept extremely well and is great for kids. Good value, too.

The location is great, and there's a parking lot on site. The room itself was a letdown, though: the mattresses were worn and uncomfortable to sleep on, and the bathroom was very narrow.

We were really disappointed with our four-night stay. The room wasn't cleaned while we were there, and nobody from the owners' side even emptied the bins in the bathroom or on the terrace. It felt like they only cared about taking the money, and we definitely won't stay again. The room we were given didn't match the pictures at all. There was dust left unswept and cobwebs, and the bed was hard as a board with what seemed like a mattress barely a centimetre thick. Our bathroom had only two hooks, no toiletries such as shampoo, no face towels, and nowhere to put a toothbrush or toothpaste. The single bathroom light was so dim it felt like trying to light a candle in a tunnel. We had a private bathroom, but shared the terrace with the neighboring room, which had no bathroom. From what I saw, at least two of the five rooms on the floor had no bathroom, though there may have been more. Their guests had to use a shared bathroom and toilet.
