The room itself was very clean, but the bathroom drain smelled of sewage, so we kept the door shut. The TV wouldn’t work, and we couldn’t find anyone to fix it. There’s no lift, which meant hauling our suitcases up three flights, and the location was noisy in the morning. The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes and another odd odor. The restaurant was closed, and the next morning we were told breakfast wasn’t included, despite our Booking.com booking saying bed and breakfast. Nobody spoke English, and the staff weren’t especially friendly. We stayed one night and wouldn’t return.

The prices feel too high for what you get. Service is slow and not much help, and the food takes far too long to arrive without being very good. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s a new hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s also a rooftop smoking area with waitress service. Very nice.
