The rooms weren’t that bad, but the towels needed more attention. Breakfast was poor, they even got the French fries wrong. The toilets at the ski area are really outdated and dirty, and the locals are unfriendly and rude. I won’t visit again.

It feels like home here, with clean, cozy rooms, great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and staff who give guests top professional care. You can pay by card too. For me, it’s the only hotel you need in Chepelare. Five stars because I can’t give six!

The mountain has everything for a fun weekend or longer, and this place is child-friendly. We got a warm welcome, delicious food, and helpful hosts. The rooms were very clean and cozy. Definitely worth it 🤗

I only went for a meal, so I haven’t seen the rest of the hotel. The restaurant and bar were absolutely spotless, the service was great, and the food delicious. I’ll come back sometime and stay, since I’m fairly sure the rest of the building is just as good as what I saw. Everything I experienced gets 10/10 👍

The hotel is new and clean, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast and the restaurant were OK. At the 2019 New Year party, though, the music was unbearable. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel for events like that unless you’re a fan of brutal chalga.
