Mountain Boutique Hotel & Spa

The view from our room was nice, and the lighting was perfect. Staff were friendly and capable, though we had to remind them about the bathrobes after they said they'd bring them. The restaurant food disappointed us: portions were small and it wasn't very good. For this kind of hotel, I expected a phone and air conditioning in the room. Using the jacuzzi cost extra, and its water was dirty from the previous guests.

We had a pleasant stay in this family hotel in the town centre. Our terrace had a beautiful view, the room was adequately heated, and the spa facilities were sufficient. There was also a good range of breakfast choices. :)

The rooms had a nice view, but there were several problems. We booked two rooms with terraces and only one had one. The doors were hard to close, the Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms, and there was no sound insulation. Hallways were dirty and the elevator was out of order. The masseuse was on break, with no replacement. You can't check in after 6 p.m., or even enter and check in later. The restaurant staff were somewhat rude and complained about other guests in front of us, though they did suggest activities. Breakfast included one menu item and one drink, and coffee plus juice cost extra.

We paid for our booking by bank transfer, then had to cancel six days before the stay. The manager later confirmed new dates by phone, May 1-3, but during quarantine the hotel stopped responding to calls and emails, despite our repeated attempts to clarify the reservation. In August, we finally reached the manager, who said there was no record of the booking and it was no longer valid. After that, she stopped taking our calls and had employees delay them. We're very disappointed. Do not stay at this hotel.
