The cash-only setup and the state of the rooms were the biggest frustrations for me. Aparthotel OFIR didn’t accept cards, so bring plenty of cash. The rooms also seemed to go without cleaning, with dust everywhere. We had to bring our own brush and dustpan, since the staff didn’t appear to know where cleaning tools were. The pool was another letdown. I’d checked online before coming, but it was dry when we arrived, and my children were really disappointed. That detail should have been made clear. The whole stay felt like a strange time capsule: no pool, dusty rooms, and cash only. If that’s the sort of surprise you enjoy, maybe it’ll suit you. I’d steer anyone looking for a conventional hotel elsewhere.

The restaurant was excellent, and everyone on staff was friendly and polite. It’s a lovely place in an amazing location, with very good facilities. Everything was perfect.

The terrace is the highlight, especially for watching the sunset. It’s a small restaurant, with friendly staff and fair prices for the location and what’s on the menu.

We stayed here with a small child and had no trouble. It’s a nice hotel, with a pool and a beach nearby.

The view and rooms are great. Food was more hit and miss, though: some dishes were very good and others only average.
