The breakfast was awful 😔 The apples were rotten, and the sliced cheese had gone bad. The tomatoes and cucumbers looked like they’d been cut three days earlier and tasted terrible. I argued with the woman in charge and asked if she’d eat them. She said no, so I asked how I was meant to. She called someone, who brought fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, but that was all. We had to ask for bread, and I didn’t dare try the boiled eggs. Nothing else was offered. They really need to improve the breakfast. 17-12-2025

From the seventh floor, the mountain view in the morning was breathtaking. I stayed in a recently renovated single room that was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The staff were helpful.

The staff were amazing when I couldn’t find my passport. They did everything they could to help, even letting me check the security cameras. The room was comfortable and nice, and breakfast was great. Highly recommended.

We stopped for half a night on our way home from western Greece, and left really disappointed. The room was a bit dirty, with broken doors and a broken toilet, and the bathroom smelled awful. The hallway and elevator were dirty too. I can see they’re trying, but this doesn’t feel like a three-star hotel. We paid too much for the stay and won’t return. Sorry.

Dust from the construction was everywhere, and our room was only half finished. The shower water ran into the living room, the bath couldn’t be used, and there was no ventilation. In the morning all the windows were wet on the inside. I won’t even get into the rest. We didn’t use the Relax area because it was closed at 8 pm on Friday 😅
