Hotel Rai

Breakfast was included, though the quality was basic. The location is ideal for a concert at Arena 8888, which is within walking distance, and it also has underground parking for the car.

Friendly service and a solid basic hotel with breakfast. Good public transport connections are within easy reach from Hotel Pliska bus stop.

We had a midnight layover and needed a place near the airport to sleep. This quiet little hotel turned out to be only 10 minutes away by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave us an old but clean, air-conditioned room at a very reasonable price. The shower was good and had the basic equipment. Way better than spending the night at the airport.

I keep coming back to this hotel. It's in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently on the way to the airport, and very cheap. Even though it's old, it's well maintained, and the rooms are sparkling clean. The staff are super friendly. What stands out most to me is that there's no cigarette smell at reception or in the rooms I've stayed in so far. After travelling around Bulgaria, I can almost smell cigarettes just by looking at a photo of a cheap hotel, but this place is a rare exception. It's my best value for money and my first pick when I have an early flight. Please keep up the great work!
