The sea is the best thing about this place. The pools are there, but cleanliness is a joke: a man sweeps around the edges, while a vodka bottle can still be floating in the water. It feels like half the periodic table is in there. The shops charge far more than Aldo, and people drink in their rooms while staff seem to look the other way. I was in room B103. The mattress was ripped, and there’s a chair on the balcony with a bad word written underneath it. The cafeteria food tastes like leftovers, and was better two years ago. The TVs look about 20 years old. For over 20,000 hryvnia, I’d expect better. I don’t recommend staying here.

Our apartment faced east, which was a real plus: lovely views and cool all day. It had everything needed for a holiday, and the hotplates, washing machine, fridge, water heater and TV all worked. The cleanliness was top notch, and I was very satisfied. The complex feels a little neglected, though. The pools aren’t maintained, and the water park shown in the photos isn’t operating.

There’s no hot water, and the grounds smell awful. Half the rooms seem to lack air conditioning, so you end up sleeping with the window open and getting sick. The food tastes like leftovers, and towels are changed only once a week. Best to avoid this hotel.

I was deeply disappointed with this hotel. The location didn’t work for me either: the nearest basic supermarket is almost a kilometer away, and there are no attractions. There was no real service. The consultants promised to send someone to clean, but nobody ever came, and there was rubbish all over the grounds. On arrival, the bedspread smelled of sweat, the towels hadn’t been washed, and the pillowcase had stains. There was also a drawing of male genitals on the wall. If negative stars were possible, I’d give it minus five.
