Beautiful spot, with clean, quiet rooms and a fantastic view!

The location was a little hard to navigate at night, and the floor was slightly dirty, though that wasn't a big problem. The hotel itself was nice and tidy, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The balcony had a beautiful view both day and night. It deserves its 3.9 stars.

The view from the rooms is beautiful, but this place doesn't seem suitable for families. The furniture is old and poorly maintained, and the receptionist speaks Turkish. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to.

The price didn't seem worth it. The sign outside said 20lv per night; I guessed my room cost 50 because I wanted a bedroom, while my friend paid 40 for what felt like a hole. I don't understand the pricing. The location was terrible too. There was a shop at a crossroads, but it had nothing in it. My room bore no resemblance to the photo, though I could just about put up with it. My friend's room was a complete dump, with a filthy, neglected bathroom and dirty bed linen. The air conditioner remote was missing, and we were freezing. The view from the terrace was beautiful, until I glanced to the side and saw all the spiders. I have a phobia and nearly had a stroke. There was no staff around when we arrived, and we were left waiting at the door with all our bags even though we were late. Leaving was worse. I searched the rooms for someone to hand the keys to, since nobody was there. Finally, a woman on the second floor answered in broken Bulgarian and dismissively said, "Leave them downstairs, isn't there anyone.. Emmiiiiiiiii, okay give them to me." She acted as if I'd asked her to plow the field across the street. The whole stay was terrifying and a complete disappointment.

The hotel itself is good, but the staff fell short. There were prostitutes staying on the floors, and it felt like being in a brothel. Moans and groans could be heard constantly. The towels were dirty, and there was lipstick on my pillow. A former prostitute works there. A woman called Vanessa and another woman, Aileen, gathered clients and taxi drivers in the hotel yard until 5 in the morning. Room 204 is on the second floor, if any man needs it.
