A very nice apartment with everything you need. The host was kind and helpful, too.

The landlady was pleasant and communication with her went smoothly. The apartment is clean, quiet, and peaceful, with nice attention to detail. There are several grocery stores nearby, and it’s close to the center. We’d stay here again next time we’re in the city. Great place!

I’m writing this so others don’t end up in the same situation. I visited with my little child, and checking in was already a mess: the woman gave me the wrong information, leaving my son and me outside in the rain for two hours. She only answered after my fifteenth call. We did get inside eventually, but that was the start of a terrible stay. The apartment smelled of sewage, big cockroaches were walking around, and there were unwashed dishes in the sink. We had booked six nights but wanted to leave immediately. Since it was late, we stayed one night. In the morning my son was terribly itchy all over. When I checked, he was covered in pimples. I assume they were from bedbugs. I called the woman right away to ask for a refund for the remaining five nights we wouldn’t use. She was extremely rude and said we were making it up. She also said that because we had booked it, there was nobody else to rent it to, and that it was like a hotel with no refunds. This was my biggest misfortune.

The apartment itself was normal, but the communication after checkout was unpleasant and felt dishonest. The host kept our deposit over made-up claims about damage that wasn’t there. We were very disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting honesty and peace of mind.
