We came as a group of more than 20 and had a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and welcoming, with an amazing view, and the hosts were kind and helpful throughout. It was easy to find, with three convenient shops nearby. We hope we’ll have a reason to come back.

A clean, cozy place right in the center of Shipka. The owners are really nice and make the most delicious princesses :). I’d recommend it if you’re after good service at a good price and don’t need anything fancy.

Friendly service, good traditional Bulgarian food, and breakfast from 7 a.m. The hotel is modest and inexpensive, but clean and homely. There’s no air conditioning, though you don’t need it up on Shipka Mountain. I stayed on July 1st, and the nighttime temperature was -18 degrees C. I was happy with my stay.

The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were tidy. The service was very good too. One of the coziest hotels I’ve stayed in.
