The hotel itself is fine and the service was okay, but getting any rest was hard. Five rooms sit right above the restaurant, which also serves as reception, and on both nights we stayed, loud music carried on until at least 1AM. The price also feels a little steep for this level of service.

We ate quite well at the restaurant, trying the sach, meats, and pizza. The younger male server was especially polite and nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, though the beds could be better.

I enjoyed staying here, and it felt different from the other hotels I’ve visited. I missed breakfast because I wasn’t told when or where it was being served. A bit more communication with guests would help. I’d still be happy to come back.

The pizza is amazing, easily the best we’ve had in Bulgaria in more than 10 years of coming here, and better than Pizza Hut. The rooms are nice and clean too.

At 22:00 we spotted unpleasant bugs in the room. The staff weren’t wearing uniforms, and we couldn’t find anyone to ask for a different, clean room. We loaded all our things back into the car and slept there instead. Be careful with this hotel.
